Key Responsibilities

  • service coordinator, outpatient cardiac rehab program, NICU follow
  • up program and/or day to day operations of a particular area of the department. May have specialty certification in physical therapy field such as NDT, orthopedics, wound care, etc. Job

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience; evidence of extensive training in a given specialty area.
  • Specialty areas may include but not be limited to: neuro rehabilitation, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiac rehabilitation, hand rehabilitation, pain management and work hardening.
  • CT CPRBLS; LIC PT Current CA license in Physical Therapy.
