Job Description
The Speech Pathologist consults with physicians to determine goals of the treatment plan, administers tests to evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing deficits, and determines the individual patient treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities
The Speech Pathologist consults with physicians to develop patient treatment plans and administers evaluations for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing deficits. They are responsible for determining and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients within the healthcare network.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current California Speech and Language Pathology license, a CCC certificate from ASHA, and a Basic Life Support card. One year of acute care hospital experience is preferred, and the ability to obtain an LA City Fire card within six months is required.
