Atrius Health, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.
This position offers remote work flexibility. Work with UnitedHealth Group in Quincy, Massachusetts.
The resident will participate in a primary care pathways program involving 1-3 hours of commitment per month to learn value-based care models. They will receive mentorship from experienced physicians while preparing for a post-residency employment agreement.
Candidates must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship, specifically PGY2 or PGY3. A commitment to a post-residency employment agreement with Atrius Health is required.
