Key Responsibilities

The physician manages acute, chronic, and preventive medical care for patients while implementing procedures to facilitate comprehensive health services. They also supervise nursing staff, coordinate care transitions, and participate in quality improvement initiatives within a patient-centered medical home model.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school and hold a current California MD/DO and DEA license. Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty and CPR certification are also required.
