Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their home.

• provide proof of MN and WI Occupational Therapy license within 4 months of start, if both MN and WI Occupati.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Complete continuing education as required by state licensing boards

• Minnesota (MN) or Wisconsin (WI) Occupational Therapy license upon start date

• Must provide proof of MN and WI Occupational Therapy license within 4 months of start, if both MN and WI Occupational Therapy licenses are not present on start date

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $73K - $110K

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• No weekends required.
