Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities using evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and utilize telehealth when appropriate to support patient mobility and independence.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one in the state of practice. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, basic computer proficiency, and current CPR certification.
