We are presently recruiting for a board certified OB/GYN Physician to provide care to our patients in Bridgeport, CT. Join our team-based model of care delivered in a kind and compassionate manner. This integrated care, Community Health Center seeks a MD/DO who is passionate about treating those in need and working with an underserved population.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provides direct health care to patients, ages 16 and up, presenting for care.
- Provides or directly oversees gynecology services
- Provides or directly oversees prenatal services for low and high-risk pregnant patients.
- Participate in Medical Staff Meetings and on Optimus committees.
- Pursue continuing medical education opportunities to update medical knowledge and assure quality patient care.
- Work with Teams, Outreach Workers and with other Department’s staff to facilitate efforts in providing quality patient care.
EDUCATION: Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Current Connecticut licensure

Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide direct healthcare services, including gynecology and prenatal care for both low and high-risk patients. They will also participate in medical staff meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a medical degree and have completed an accredited residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. A current Connecticut medical license and Board Certification or eligibility in OB/GYN are required.
