Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive functional evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence and safety at home. Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Requires a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a current Michigan Occupational Therapist license. Candidates should have at least one year of home health experience and reliable transportation.
