Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and provide direct therapeutic interventions for patients in their homes. They are also responsible for documenting clinical notes, supervising therapy assistants, and educating patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a current state license. One year of experience in home health and proficiency with EMR systems are preferred.
