Position Summary
This is a professional position involving provision of direct patient care. Although most activities are performed independently, clinical oversight is provided by Physicians, Site Medical Director and/or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves providing direct patient care within a community health center setting. The nurse practitioner works independently while receiving clinical oversight from physicians and clinical leadership.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of a Nurse Practitioner program and hold a current New Mexico license. Additional requirements include DEA registration, controlled substance registration, and various life support certifications such as BLS or ACLS.
