Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will deliver comprehensive pediatric medication therapy management as part of an interdisciplinary inpatient care team. They will also participate in bedside medical emergencies and contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or PharmD degree in Pharmacy and possess at least one year of clinical patient care experience. Preferred qualifications include completion of an ASHP-accredited residency and board certification.
