About the Role

Join Baptist as a Occupational Therapist – PRN in United States. Job Summary Evaluates and assesses patients to establish functional, measurable goals to promote restoration of functional abilities. Provides treatment according to a written plan of care to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and assesses the patient based on subjective and objective information.
  • Develops a written plan of care.
  • Provides treatment according to established goals on plan of care.
  • Documents interventions/care in the patient's medical record.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program. Preferred/Desired Training Minimum Required Preferred/Desired
  • Advanced training and/or certification in area of primary practice. Special Skills Minimum Required
  • Basic computer literacy skills. Preferred/Desired Licensure Minimum Required
  • OT; BLS CERTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE Preferred/Desired

Work Schedule

  • Per Diem position.
  • No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
