Key Responsibilities

The therapist evaluates and assesses patients to establish functional goals and provides treatment according to a written plan of care. They also participate in discharge planning, contribute to staff development, and support hospital performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a valid OT license. Basic computer literacy and BLS certification are required within 14 days of hire.
