Full Time Physician Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant will conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians. Responsibilities also include providing patient education, assisting in surgical procedures, and managing trauma and critical care situations.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, current certification (e.g., NCCPA), state licensure, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Demonstrated clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine settings is required.
