About the Role

Join Allied Digestive Health as a Physician Assistant – Gastroenterology, Outpatient in [object Object].

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations to assess health status and identify medical conditions.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries in settings such as emergency departments, urgent care clinics, and family practice offices.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests including lab work and imaging studies to inform treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current Physician Assistant certification (e. g., NCCPA) and state licensure to practice in the United States.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine settings.
