Key Responsibilities

The dental assistant will prepare for procedures, take and develop X-rays, and assist the dentist with direct patient care. They are also responsible for documenting patient history, maintaining dental charts, and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and families.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and be able to register with the Office of Professional Regulations within 30 days of hire. Current CPR certification is required, and the ability to obtain X-ray certification within six months is necessary.
