Key Responsibilities

The physician will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and coordinate care across specialties. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate electronic medical records and collaborating with the medical services team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

Applicants must be licensed to practice medicine in Colorado as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Candidates should hold or be eligible for board certification in Family, Internal, or Addiction Medicine and possess current DEA and CPR certifications.
