We are seeking a Behavior Health Technician to join our team at our programs
in Williamsport, PA.

EARN $16.50/hr!

Position Details

Behavioral Health Technicians provide one-on-one interventions to a child or
adolescent at home, school, and/or community setting when the behavior without
this intervention would require a more restrictive treatment or educational
setting.

Work Location(s): School, community, or home setting

Works one-one-on with client(s)

• Implements a behavior modification treatment plan targeting the

• Utilizes prescribed interventions as needed when the child exhibits

• Implements and models intervention techniques for members of the treatment

• Collaborates with all members of the treatment team and professionals working

• Documents behavioral and program data during session, from each environment;

• Maintains contact with case specific treatment team.

• Submits payroll weekly or as directed by supervisor; including all county

• Receives scheduled supervision from an assigned clinical supervisor

• Attends training as required; attains required training hours per fiscal year.

• May perform other related duties, when required or assigned

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills

Required

Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is
required.
Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred

2 years' experience providing behavioral health services (e. g., previous
experience as a TSS/BHT with another agency)
Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course.
Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related
field.
