Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide preventive primary care for adults 65+, with a focus on Medicare Advantage, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Physicians see approximately 12–15 patients per day with 20–40 minute visits. Value-Based Care experience is welcomed but is not required; training is provided.
Position Overview

- No RVU pressure
- Integrated care team including NP/PA, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, lab and pharmacy support, and referral coordination
Compensation
- Public posting range: $235,000–$260,000 base salary
- Commencement bonus up to $75,000, varying by clinic
- Annual performance bonus: 20% of base salary
- Total first-year compensation: $300K+ depending on experience and performance
- Early sign-on bonus opportunities
- Relocation assistance available for moves greater than 50 miles

Requirements
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Comfortable practicing within a value-based care model
- Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Geriatric experience
- Value-Based Care experience
- HEDIS experience is a plus
