The clinical duties for this position will involve both inpatient and outpatient clinical care at the University of Minnesota Medical Center-Fairview. These clinical duties include staffing the inpatient Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) and Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) Infectious Diseases consult services and seeing outpatients referred to the Transplant Infectious Diseases clinic. Other duties may involve staffing the inpatient general infectious disease consult service including telemedicine, and staffing the antibiotic management team services. Educational responsibilities will include teaching students and residents who rotate on the infectious diseases consult service and may include staffing the infectious diseases fellows' clinic. There is also the opportunity to establish and/or collaborate on clinical research studies in an intellectually exciting environment.

Requirements
Requires a medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, etc.) and board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine. Completion of a fellowship in Infectious Diseases is mandatory.
