$2,000 STAY-ON BONUS for Full Time!

Who You Are
- Have a master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
- Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
- Hold current LBA preferred
- Have a minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
- Have a valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate approach to care
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
- Proficient with word processing and graphing software
- Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time

Compensation
- Position Types: Full-Time and Fee-For Service (Part-time hours)
- Pay: $65,000 starting salary Full Time & $60.00 starting hourly rate for Fee-For Service
- Bi-weekly bonus for over productivity
- $2,000 STAY-ON BONUS!
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with caregivers, team members, and stakeholders to provide high-quality care, and develop compassionate, innovative treatment plans aligned with client goals. Assess behavior and implement interventions that produce measurable, socially meaningful outcomes for clients and families.
Requirements
Requires a master's degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework, current BCBA certification in good standing, and at least two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, or young adults. Candidates should have experience with functional behavior and behavior skills assessments, strong communication and collaboration skills, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access, and secure high-speed internet; an LBA is preferred.
