About DVM Focus
DVM Focus is a veterinary recruiting and career advocacy firm dedicated exclusively to connecting veterinarians with practices across the United States.
We listen first. Then we search.
Rather than simply sending you a list of openings, we start by understanding what matters to you — the type of medicine you want to practice, schedule, compensation goals, mentorship needs, autonomy, location, culture, growth opportunities and your longer-term career priorities.
From there, we do the hunting, digging and filtering.
Our reach extends well beyond the opportunities you see publicly posted. We work directly with veterinary practices and organizations across the country and can also conduct a targeted search based on what you're looking for — including opportunities that may never appear on a traditional job board.
If it doesn't align, we don't introduce it.
That means less hunting, fewer dead ends and more meaningful conversations with practices that actually make sense for you.
Whether you're actively looking, quietly exploring what's out there, or simply curious about what might be possible, the conversation is confidential and there is never a fee to the veterinarian.
Know a colleague who’s looking?
And the key referral language was that we’ll pay you a referral fee following completion of the applicable placement guarantee period.
Don’t see what you want here? We can search anywhere in the United States — tell us what you’re looking for.
