About PACC
PACC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and qualified Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA and support individuals in developing meaningful skills and achieving greater independence.
Position Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior-analytic treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
- Collect, record, and analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
- Monitor client progress and communicate relevant observations to the supervising BCBA.
- Assist with developing and updating treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
- Provide direct services to clients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
Support and provide guidance to RBTs and other team members as permitted by certification and applicable requirements.
- Collaborate professionally with families, caregivers, schools, and other members of the treatment team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow PACC policies, BACB ethical standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, training, supervision, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Current BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bachelor's degree or other education meeting applicable BCaBA requirements.
- Required supervised fieldwork/experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care.
- Ability to meet applicable state licensure or registration requirements.
