Job Description

Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Neurologist to join our growing Medical Specialties Service Line.

The Neurology physician will play a key role in providing high quality neurologic care including consultative service both within the inpatient hospital setting as well as the ambulatory setting.

Serve as a clinical content expert for multidisciplinary case reviews of complex neurological patients, providing consultation and guidance to physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

The physician will help develop a comprehensive Neurology program and foster multidisciplinary collaboration across the health system.

Key Responsibilities

The neurologist will provide high-quality neurologic care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings while serving as a clinical content expert for multidisciplinary case reviews. They will also contribute to the development of a comprehensive neurology program and foster collaboration across the health system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and possess Board Certification in Neurology. Additionally, they must be eligible for or hold a New Jersey medical license, DEA, and CDS.
