Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive surgical management of orthopedic trauma patients, including acute fracture care and post-operative follow-up.
Participate in on-call coverage for orthopedic trauma cases on a rotational basis.
Collaborate with emergency medicine, critical care, and other surgical subspecialties to optimize patient outcomes.
Perform surgical procedures including open reduction internal fixation (ORIF), external fixation, and arthroscopy as indicated.
Document clinical encounters accurately in Epic EMR and adhere to hospital protocols and quality metrics.
