About the Role

Join Gardner Health Services as a Certified Enrollment & Outreach Counselor in United States. Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the following Certified Enrollment and Outreach Counselor position. - Full-time, 40 hour/week position based at the CompreCare Health Center located in San Jose, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• will screen patients according to Covered California and will make follow-up calls to applicants for any missing information, access forms in the computer system, update information in the practice management system and electronic records system.

• Must currently be or willing to become a Certified Enrollment Counselor to assist our patients in applying for Covered California, Medi-Cal and Primary Care Access Program (PCAP).

• provide assistance with health insurance enrollment.

• conduct outreach efforts to individuals and families who have specific healthcare needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.

• Certified Enrollment Counselor experience, required.

• Minimum one (1) year experience in outreach or equivalent.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $30/hr.

• Full-time position.
