About the Role

Join Thomas Allen Inc. as a Community Living Counselor- Forest Lake / Scandia MN /Circle Pines in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with supervisor as needed in West St. Paul to ensure seamless service delivery.

Assist individuals with meal preparation and daily living activities.

Maintain up

date knowledge of each individual's service plan and demonstrate competency in all required areas of service provision.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs to assist individuals as needed.

Willingness to commit to and implement person

centered supports that promote independence and autonomy.

Must be mature, polite, competent, and possess excellent team

Full-time position.
