Key Responsibilities

The Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist provides consistently high levels of clinical services to ensure optimal comprehensive patient care, facilitating the implementation of policies and staff development programs for desirable patient outcomes. Responsibilities include core pharmacy services, assisting in department management, coordinating daily clinical pharmacy services, and educating various healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited pharmacy school and hold an unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist License, with a PGY-1 residency or three years of clinical practice preferred. Strong computer skills and experience documenting in an electronic medical record are required, along with knowledge of pharmacy practice aspects and the ability to develop innovative practice models.
