The Speech Language Pathologist provides and directs all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to organizational guidelines and professional standards. This role also involves serving as a patient advocate and actively participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Speech Language Pathology curriculum and licensed to practice in Oregon, maintaining good standing with all regulatory agencies. Essential qualifications include working knowledge of Medicare/payer sources, full knowledge of residents’ rights, professionalism, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in English.
