Job Description
Emplify Health (Gundersen Region), is seeking an outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in La Crosse, WI!
Practice Highlights: Continuum of care includes Child and Adolescent services, ECT, Eating Disorder Clinic, DBT, Partial Hospitalization and more Highly collaborative team includes Adult Psychiatrists, Child Psychiatrists, Addictionologist MD, Internal Medicine NP, PhD/PsyD’s, PMHNP’s, and a host of Master's prepared Therapists and Counselors Our Inpatient Behavioral Health unit is transforming mental health care for adolescents and adults We just opened the first EmPATH Unit in the State of WI!

Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychiatric mental health services within a highly collaborative team of specialists. Responsibilities include delivering patient care and participating in the teaching and mentoring of students and clinical staff.
Requirements
Must have completed an accredited PMHNP program and be eligible for a multi-state practice license without restrictions. Candidates must be able to work under the direct supervision of a physician.
