Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Long Term Adult Social Care Team in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for Occupational Therapists with strong experience in Disabled Facilities Grants and Moving and Handling.
The Role Complete long-term OT assessments and reviews Manage Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) cases from assessment through to implementation Carry out complex moving & handling assessments Provide clinical supervision to OTAs Participate in duty rota and respond to urgent referrals Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred What We’re Looking For Proven experience within Long Term OT teams Strong background in DFGs and adaptations Skilled in moving & handling assessments Experience supervising staff (OTAs) Confident managing a busy caseload and duty work What’s on Offer This role offers a long-term contract with a high pay rate and an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will complete long-term assessments and reviews while managing Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) cases from assessment to implementation. They will also provide clinical supervision to OTAs and participate in the duty rota to respond to urgent referrals.
Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience within long-term OT teams and a strong background in DFGs and adaptations. Proficiency in moving and handling assessments and experience in staff supervision are also required.
