Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory, Specialty Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the interpretation, preparation, and dispensing of medications in an ambulatory and specialty pharmacy setting. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, cost-effective medication use and manages patient access through the Medication Access Program.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree and current unrestricted licensure as a pharmacist in Rhode Island. Prefers two to three years of experience in a complex healthcare environment.
