Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist Assistant will conduct resident screenings and implement treatment plans based on goals established by the supervising therapist. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, billing for services, and communicating findings to the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess an active OTA licensure in the state of practice. Ongoing professional development is required to maintain current certification and licensure.
