Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Consultant will work within a primary care team to identify, triage, and manage patients with medical and behavioral health issues. They will provide skill training, develop therapeutic treatment plans, and assist primary care providers in treating mental disorders.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or PhD/PsyD in a relevant clinical field and possess a current California license such as LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist. A valid California driver's license and BLS certification are also required.
