Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate ability to diagnose and treat children/youth and families

Provide individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, within a variety of settings, based on group/client needs and Clinician credentials

Depending on level of experience, provide clinical consultation and training to staff

Act as the primary contact for the service plan with the ability to expertly and succinctly communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field

Must be licensed eligible and have a limited permit upon hire if applicable based on clinical degree

Thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, knowledge and understanding of payment processes for services

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $58,500 Minimum pay rate, $75,570 Maximum pay rate, based on experience.

Signing bonus: $1.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm / evenings as needed schedule.
