The physician will provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities through routine rounding and physical examinations. Additionally, they will mentor Advanced Practice Providers and ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across their assigned communities.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine. An active, unrestricted medical license and DEA license are required, along with proficiency in EMR systems.
