Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate group therapy with participants in Social.

• Competency and STEP programs, reflective of the group’s developmental level and clinical needs.

• Guide new employees in understanding appropriate responsiveness to clients in group settings.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions for clients engaged in outpatient therapy.

Requirements

• Able to play on the floor and run with/after clients

• Able to comfortably perform a series of flexibility exercises

• Able to move (repeatedly) from a standing position to a kneeling position and back

• Able to bear weight on each knee

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
