The BCBA will conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and possess at least a bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Experience working with children with autism and the ability to pass a background check are required.
