Job Description: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician- Manchester, New Hampshire Elliot Health System (EHS) is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our new, state-of-the-art outpatient practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. This practice is a collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services within a collaborative outpatient team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Manage patient health through a state-of-the-art practice utilizing the Epic EMR system.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. The role requires the ability to work in a collaborative team environment within an outpatient setting.
