At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Manager, Clinical Sciences (Internal Medicine) to join our Clinical Sciences team, supporting our cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic disease programs.
In this role, you will help design, execute, and interpret clinical studies that advance our development pipeline while collaborating with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams.

Discover Your Role
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of early- and late-phase clinical studies
- Partner with Medical Directors to deliver scientific expertise for study and program design
- Contribute to program team meetings, advisory boards, steering committees, and safety monitoring meetings
- Develop a deep understanding of the disease area, drug mechanism, and competitive landscape
- Author and review key study documents, including protocol sections, monitoring plans, SAPs, informed consents, and Clinical Study Report components
- Review clinical and safety data to protect patient safety and ensure data integrity
Identify Study Risks and Propose Practical Mitigations
Work with internal teams and external vendors to uphold study quality and compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP standards
This Role Requires
- MS, PhD, or PharmD in a related field
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience (other levels considered based on experience)
- Working knowledge of the drug development process, GCP, study design, and clinical research methodology
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence within and across teams
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently and work effectively in a matrix environment
- Preferred: experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease
- Preferred: medical writing skills and a track record of clinical trial process improvements
