Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the state of Georgia.

Minimum of two years’ experience in hospice, palliative care, or related healthcare social work.

Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, psychosocial assessment techniques, and counseling methods.
