The Hospice Social Worker in Snellville, GA plays a critical role in providing compassionate psychosocial support to patients and their families during end-of-life care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, psychosocial assessment techniques, and counseling methods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in hospice or end-of-life care settings.
• Certification in hospice and palliative care social work (e. g., ACHP-SW).

Responsibilities
