Nurse Practitioner (GFE) Part-Time, Lic for OH, PA, FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, VA

Requirements

• Schedule: 12-15 hours per week
• Schedule Requirements: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00am -
• 1:00pm ET; Every other Saturday from 9:00am - 1:00pm ET
• Experience Requirements: Must have prior aesthetic medicine experience

License Requirements: Must hold active NP licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Good Faith Exams for clients receiving aesthetic services in compliance with state regulations
• Perform chart reviews and medical clearances via telehealth platforms
• Complete exams accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes
• Document evaluations thoroughly and compliantly within SEV’s systems
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Compliance, and Field Leadership teams
• Support assigned regional clinics with the flexibility to assist in other states as business needs change
• Stay current on Good Faith Exam requirements and scope-of-practice regulations by state
• Maintain active licensure and credentialing in all required states
• Coverage Model
• Primary coverage responsibility assigned to a specific region
• Multi-state licensure required to allow coverage adjustments as SEV grows
• NP will not be responsible for covering all states simultaneously

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in multiple U.S. states (required states are OH, PA, FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, VA)

• Willingness to obtain and maintain additional state licenses as needed
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth, chart review, or medical oversight strongly preferred
• Strong attention to compliance, documentation, and quality standards
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented
