Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing treatment programs, and providing direct rehabilitation care. They also supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy and hold a current state license. A current CPR certification is required, and six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
