Key Responsibilities

Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients across the lifespan to improve functional mobility, movement, and physical independence. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensures safe transitions of care.

Requirements

Requires a Doctoral Degree in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree if obtained prior to 2016, along with a current Indiana Physical Therapist license. Must hold Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
