About the Opportunity

We are seeking a plastic surgeon with expertise and interest in both facial and body aesthetic procedures to support the diverse needs of our growing patient population.

One of the unique advantages of this opportunity is access to an established and growing aesthetic patient pipeline generated through Synergy's four medical spa locations. This role offers the opportunity to perform a broad range of cosmetic surgical procedures while helping shape the continued growth of one of the region's most established aesthetic practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes, building long-term patient relationships and contributing to the continued success of the brand.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Fellowship training or strong aesthetic surgical case experience preferred
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in North Carolina
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Patient-first mindset with commitment to clinical excellence
• Interest in marketing, education and practice growth
