Serve as the primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, focusing on substance abuse and addictions. Assist participants in living as independently as possible within their chosen community.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and three years of behavioral health experience with direct participant contact. Must hold a valid substance use disorder certification (e.g., CADC, CATC, or SUDCC) and be CPR/First Aid/CPI certified.
