Behavioral Health Associate - Part Time (24 Hours) - 3pm - 11:30pm

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for conducting frequent safety checks, engaging with patients to assess their mental and emotional needs, and communicating observations to nursing staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. This role also involves encouraging patient participation in activities, assisting in crises using de-escalation techniques, and providing consistent one-on-one support.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, although experience in human services, social work, behavioral health, or a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be passionate about behavioral health and assisting patients, as paid training is provided.
