Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will assess patient abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process. They are also responsible for educating patients and families, managing discharge planning, and supervising therapy assistants and technicians.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid Tennessee State Licensure. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire, and experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
