Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages in their homes, according to standards of practice outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, direct therapy, consultation, and family/caregiver instruction to support communication goals.

• Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare providers to support each patients goals.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans Document progress, reassess regularly, and update goals to promote meaningful communication outcomes.
