Primary Care Physician

Key Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive, longitudinal primary care services, including preventive care and chronic disease management, to a diverse patient population. They will also participate in population health initiatives and contribute to the clinical education of medical students and residents.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school and have completed an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. A valid New York State medical license, board certification or eligibility, and BLS certification are required.
