Key Responsibilities

The Physician will provide the full scope of services within their field, including diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care, and electronic health record maintenance, while adhering to quality and safety guidelines. Responsibilities also include meeting documentation standards, fulfilling on-call duties, prescribing medication, and managing the EHR In-Basket.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree and have completed residency in a primary care specialty with required Board Certification. A minimum of two years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred, along with current Illinois licensure and competency in Electronic Health Records.
